Wednesday 2-1-12 WOD

"Deck of cards!"

You must show up to find out what hand you are delt!

hearts - push ups
diamonds - mountain climbers
clubs - jumping squats
spades - sit ups
ace - 400m run
joker - double next card you draw
face cards are 10 reps of whatever suit you draw
